Stayed in a charming 19th-century building with free WiFi. Loved having the entire apartment to myself and the convenience of a washing machine.
Couldn't enjoy the view of the bins from my stuffy room because I couldn't open the windows. Such a shame.

Perfect location for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the accommodation had all the modern conveniences and a welcome basket on arrival. the Wi-Fi was excellent and easy to connect to.
The room was too hot and stuffy, although there was a fan provided. It would have been helpful if the host provided some cooking essentials like cooking oil and salt.

The self-catering accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the Grassmarket and its numerous restaurants and shops. The facilities in the apartment were great, with complimentary snacks, water, and even whiskey provided. The Wi-Fi was excellent, making it easy for us to stay connected.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the windows not opening and the room being warm and stuffy, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience. The dusty blinds and light bulbs needing changing were minor inconveniences, and the Friday night noise from the bell/intercom was not the fault of the hotel.

Stayed in a charming 19th-century building with free WiFi, a washing machine, and a dining area. Cons: Oh, just the small inconveniences of dusty blinds and loud drunk bell-ringers. No biggie.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town on Grassmarket itself. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having a convenience store just across the road, as well as numerous pubs and cafes nearby. The apartment offers modern conveniences and thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket upon arrival. Additionally, the double-glazed windows help block out noise, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Some guests mentioned that the room could get quite hot, especially during the summer months. However, the hotel does provide a fan, although it may not be sufficient during particularly hot weather.

Great location, easy access to attractions and restaurants. Snacks and complimentary drinks provided.
Noise from inside the hotel, doors slamming and creaky floors. Inconsistent check out time and lack of communication from staff.

I had an very nice stay at this studio in the heart of the Old Town. The location couldn't be better - right on Grassmarket itself. I loved being just a stone's throw away from everything Edinburgh has to offer. The hotel facilities were great, with luxurious towels, kitchen essentials, and even a welcome pack with treats like crisps and whisky. The cleanliness was perfect, and the double glazed windows helped block out any noise from outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and hotel facilities.
Couldn't fault.
